Generelt
We reserve the right to cancel any booking made and will consider a booking to be canceled if an email has been sent to the guest at the email address provided at the time of booking.
We will endeavor to accommodate the guest’s wishes but reserve the right to change bookings from a particular location/cabin to a location/cabin of a similar standard without the booking being considered invalid.
We assume no liability for incorrect prices and calculations.
Cancel
Cancellation of a booking is made ONLY by email. Be ready with the booking number provided.
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full reservation fee will be refunded minus 350 DKK administration fee.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited .
